International flat rate boxes/envelopes work pretty well, otherwise just use USPS.
Items that would make great package stuffers:
-Letter from YOU!
-Books
-Candles (I like vanilla/minty/ocean fresh smelling ones)
-Nuts (Almonds, walnuts, pecans, whatever!)
-Cliff/Power/Meal bars
-CD with new music on it/music you think I will enjoy
-Tabloids
-Green Tea/Crystal Light/Gatorade Powder
-Seasoning Packets (taco, italian, whatever sounds delicious to you!)
-Really, anything! Get creative ☺ I can tell you that whatever comes in the package, food or otherwise, will be loved and appreciated greatly.
*it is recommended to send things in envelopes rather than a box, apparently they are also less likely to get things stolen out of
*no one should be sending me anything too valuable, but in case you are, don't declare it! mark the package with something like family photos or something else no one would be interested in
